2025 Development Review Schedule

The 2025 Development Review Schedule is a list of important dates for applicants and Staff to use to establish project review timelines. The schedule consists of 5 sections; Pre-Application Meeting, Neighborhood Meeting, Development Review Committee Meeting, Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting and City Council Meeting dates.

All applications are submitted online through our Online Permitting website.  Individual application checklists may be downloaded here.  

Please note, application timelines may vary from the published schedule based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, submittal quality, responsiveness of resubmittal, unanticipated meeting cancellations, unique or complex case circumstances, etc. Please contact the Community Development Department at (407) 539-6215 with any scheduling questions.

1 Pre-application meetings must be requested a minimum of 14 days in advance of the scheduled meeting date.

2 Notice of a neighborhood meeting must be mailed and posted on the subject property a minimum of 14 days in advance of the scheduled neighborhood meeting.

  

P&Z – Planning and Zoning Commission meetings are at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers (Room 123).

** Council – City Council meetings are at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers (Room 123).
