Applicant Checklist Required for Submittal Sufficient Insufficient
  Complete Application: On-line application has been thoroughly completed.    
  Fees: Application and Review Deposit fees have been paid.    
  Authorizations: Name, address and phone number of any agent authorized to represent the property owner(s) of the property proposed for annexation.    
  Supplemental Information: Plan submittal package bound into a single pdf document including the following information:     
       Vicinity Map depicting surrounding streets and existing zoning and land use on the site and surrounding area (within 500 feet).    
       Site Plan drawn to a noted scale (includes items 1 through 25 outlined in the procedures manual).     
       Grading Concept Plan/Utility Service Plan (includes items 1 through 6 in the Procedures Manual).     
       Fire Flow Analysis (includes items 1-5 in the Procedures Manual).    
       Landscape Plan (includes items 1 through 11 in the Procedures Manual).    
       Topography Plan (includes items 1 through 3 of the Procedures Manual).     
       Building Elevations for all sides including structural heights, proposed building materials list and color renderings.     
       Existing Building Uses (if any) and intended use of each building or portion thereof.     
       Level of Service Data and Analysis (includes items 1 through 4 of the Procedures Manual).     
       Soils Map depicting detailed soils report based on the findings of a professional soil expert supporting proposed construction activity.     
       Signs and Lighting Specifications showing the existing and proposed locations, elevations and typical sections and the height, overall square footage for each sign proposed.     
       Wildlife Inventory (if the site is previously undeveloped), an inventory of wildlife species on site including species categorized as endangered, threatened or of special concern status as well as a description of the techniques and practices proposed to protect endangered, threatened of special of special concern status.     
       Off-Site Credits requested (if applicable).
