Attention City of Maitland utility customers:
Online payment methods will temporarily change after Dec. 31.
The alteration will require certain utility customers to submit individual online payments through a new link that will be posted here beginning Jan. 1, 2024. This will impact all customers who make recurring and one-time online payments for residential and business accounts.
Print utility bills by mail and e-mail bill notifications will continue without disruption. Customers who make payments through EFT, or Electronic Funds Transfer, will not be impacted.
The updated payment link will be available on the city website, here, beginning Jan. 1, 2024. Customers must utilize a bank or credit card for payment. Each payment will require the customer’s utility account and bill numbers, which can be found on all print or e-mail utility bills.

During this period, customers also may bring printed bill payments to City Hall, 1776 Independence Lane. The Utility Billing office is located on the first floor, just inside the building’s front doors. A payment drop-off box also is located on Packwood Avenue outside of City Hall.
Customer service representatives are available to help in person at City Hall, e-mail at utilities@itsmymaitland.com, or by phone at (407) 539-6265 between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Mondays to Thursdays.
The City of Maitland is working to resolve the service interruption as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience to our customers.
