The Maitland Police Department will provide child safety car-seat inspections from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, April 24, at the Maitland Police Department Downtown Substation, 110 N. Maitland Ave. at the intersection with George Ave.
No appointment needed. Learn how to install your car seat or booster seat and how to properly secure your child when riding in the vehicle. Also, find out if it is time to change the seat.
Car seats and boosters provide life-saving protection for infants and children during a crash. Car crashes are a leading cause of death for children ages 1 to 13.
