Utility Billing Information

Create a New Account 

  1. Click here or the link above to begin your registration. Users will need to provide a valid e-mail address anPortal Account Imaged to create a secure password. The online portal will e-mail a confirmation to complete the registration.
  2. The portal will ask registered users to add a utility account with an existing account number, customer number and last bill number. This information is located in the printed billing statement that is mailed to customers each month. If you cannot find the printed statement, contact Utility Billing for assistance at (407) 539-6265. Multiple utility accounts can be added to a single registered user.
  3. Once the account information is accepted, users will access the portal dashboard, which provides credit, bank card and electronic fund transfer payment options, past billing statements, water usage reports and more.

How to Find Your Account Information 


The account number, customer number and bill number are on the printed utility billing statements mailed to utility customer addresses. The account number is the last five digits of the number inside the "Account Number" box - for example, ###### -12345. The customer number is the first six digits of that same number in that same  "Account Number" box - for example, 123456 - #####.

The bill number is seven digits identified on the utility bill. If you cannot find your last bill number (the most recent mailed to your address), please contact Utility Billing at (407) 539-6265.

Automatic Bank Withdrawals 


Make payments even easier. Contact Utility Billing to set up automatic bank withdrawals - no need for credit or bank debit cards.

Options

  • Bring payment (cash, check, or credit card) and bill stub in person to City Hall from the hours of 7 am to 6 pm, Mondays to Thursdays located at:
    1776 Independence Lane Maitland, FL 32751
  • Leave payment and bill stub in the envelope provided in the City Hall utility drop box located at the crosswalk on Packwood Avenue. (Do not leave cash.)
  • Mail the payment and bill stub in the envelope provided (do not mail cash), to:

    Maitland, FL 32794
  • Arrange for your account to be paid by automatic bank draft.
  • Pay by credit card or debit card using Visa or MasterCard.

You can contact the Public Works Department at 407-539-6252 between 6 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Mondays to Thursdays to report concerns with water or wastewater connections or pipeline leaks. For after-hours emergencies, please call (407) 539-6262.
